All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For any remote area orders, additional shipping charges may apply.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a shipping fee of ₹49 will be applicable. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary based on location and courier service. Estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.
5. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post and more. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is shipped.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can track your order in the “Track Order” section on our website.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or not delivered within the estimated time, please contact our support team. We will help you resolve it immediately.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
